I love how the woods behind the house look after a big snow.

I finally got my snowstorm.  This was at the start before we got

ten inches.  I am in heaven!

I might actually know some people who climbed this water tower in their youth.  That was a long time ago.  Maybe that is why the steps are so high off the ground now.

The kids had fun putting out pretend fires with the big hose.

Not sure who looks more proud and happy after Lizzy's first karate belt test.

We took the preschoolers on a field trip to the fire station yesterday.  I love that they still have the old fire bell from when they had the horse drawn fire wagons.

I know this is taken with my point and shoot that I keep in my purse, out the back door of preschool, but wow!  Can you see the size of those snowflakes?  It looked like someone tore up paper and dropped it from the sky.  They were huge!!
