Day 243

It was 34 years ago today that my dad died.

Sunday we had a mass and a cookout at my sisters house.

Do you think this might have been dad stopping by to say

I love you and miss you too?

Day 240

I love how the sunlight looks behind this storm cloud.

Tis nothing compared to what the east coast is going to see.

Stay safe my family and friends there.

You are all in my prayers.

Day 236

Today I am starting the Couch to 5K runners program.

I've done two half marathons and more 5k's than I can count.

I have hung my Indy half marathon medals by the computer to help inspire me.

My goal is to run a 5k on October 22.

I've never run an entire race before.

I've walked or run/walked them.

This may not seem like much to some of you, but for me it is...

Day 234

My first visit to House of Kobi was awesome.

It was fun, delicious and

made me wish I had my good camera instead of the point and shoot.

This is not the house we are renting.

It is right across the street from our house though.

Isn't it a beauty?
