Day 365

I started this year with Day 1 of this little man. He is my favorite little man ever. I hate the pacifier, but who could resist those eyes?

I will be spending the day deciding if I am going to start a new year of A 365 View. If you have an opinion either way, now is the time to leave a comment and speak your peace.

Day 364

My sole purpose in going to Chicago was to go to the skydeck at Willis Tower. This was as close as I got. Oh well, I guess there is always another time.

Day 359

I had this great idea for a present for Dick. I found a tutorial on making a portrait canvas. My plan was to take a great picture of the grandkids and try it. Yesterday, I went over and fixed the girls hair and put them in Christmas shirts and started shooting. I must have taken 50 shots. Do you think I could get one clear, clean shot? Heck no!! This is the best one. They look adorable, but it isn't clear enough to blow up big. Maybe we can try again for Dick's birthday next month or Father's Day. Or maybe when they are teenagers and realize that you can't have constant motion and still get a great picture. But really, aren't they the cutest things ever?!?!

Day 358

I received two of the most special thank you drawings in the mail yesterday. They were from my friends Bridger and Ashton. They are 8 year old twins from North Dakota. You can read my post about them here. If you are looking for a special way to give back this holiday season, please consider helping these boys with a very special Christmas wish. Here is the link to make that happen. These guys will melt your heart.

Day 357

Christmas program 2011 is in the books and this might possibly have been the cutest little angel ever. Gosh, I love this girl! She sang her heart out.

Day 356

This is my new tree. It is prelit and doesn't have as many lights as my old one, but I still like it. I just have to get used to the white lights. I've always had colored before.

Day 353

When Natalie says act silly, we all do what she says. I think she is going to be like grandma. She took this picture with my Nikon. She's getting really good with it.

Day 351

Yes, I am the big dork who takes a picture of her baby girl signing the papers on her first car purchase. Abby is now the proud owner of a 2010 silver Jeep Liberty. I was so proud watching the excitement and pride on her face last night. How did she get so old?

Day 347

How in the heck did I take this moon picture #2? This one just looks downright creepy, if you ask me. I swear it's the moon. Just don't know what's around it.

Day 346

I took this picture last night and I have no idea how I did it. How did I get the reflection of the moon over there? I have no idea, but I think it is totally cool.

Day 342

These are my tree trimming helpers. They have been best friends since they were newborns. I love that they have stayed so close all these years.

Day 341

Dad's ornament is always the first to go up on our tree. We made it for him when we were kids and it just wouldn't be Christmas without it. Miss you, dad!

Day 337

Look at the awesome shirts that came in the mail today. They are so soft, I can't wait to wear them. You could have some too. Go to http://www.eyebeeleafapparel.com/ and check it out. How could you not love a company who's goal is to inspire belief in yourself and in anything you want to have, do or be?
