Day 236



Today I am starting the Couch to 5K runners program.

I've done two half marathons and more 5k's than I can count.

I have hung my Indy half marathon medals by the computer to help inspire me.

My goal is to run a 5k on October 22.

I've never run an entire race before.

I've walked or run/walked them.

This may not seem like much to some of you, but for me it is...

HUGE!
